We welcome girls aged 6 to 18. Players are grouped by age and skill level.
Not at all! We welcome beginners and experienced players — all skill levels are encouraged
to join.

We currently operate at False Bay RFC (Constantia), Villager FC (Claremont), and Hamilton
SP RFC (Green Point).
Training sessions are usually held once or twice a week depending on the age group and venue. Final schedules are shared after registration.
