The Girl Power Rugby Academy (GPRA) coaching team is a vibrant and enthusiastic group of women committed to empowering young girls through rugby. This team of qualified coaches are dedicated to creating an encouraging and inclusive environment and provide a wealth of knowledge and skills to the rugby pitch. The GPRA coaching staff seeks to establish a love for the game while nurturing each player’s personal growth. These coaches encourage girls to break down barriers, fight stereotypes, and embrace the power and resilience that rugby can foster both on and off the pitch.

At GPRA, we are committed to providing opportunities for young women to step into coaching roles. We are proud to say that we are fully women-run, with all our staff being women only. By allowing women to take on various positions within the academy, we are pushing boundaries and promoting growth for young women both on and off the field.
